Project green light? Awesome! Let’s lock it in with a contract and a deposit (usually 50% upfront). This keeps us both invested from the get-go. We’ll spread out the rest of the payments as we work together.

Let’s get to know each other first, no pressure! Forget one-size-fits-all questions. We’ll chat with everyone on your team to understand your brand’s story: needs, goals, the whole shebang. The more we know, the better we can work together to make magic happen!

• What’s your brand’s unique value proposition?
• What’s your brand personality?

Step 4 intel turns into a killer brand roadmap! We’ll use what we learned to define your brand’s “What,” “Why,” and “How”.

• What does your business really do?
• Why are you in this business?
• How are you helping your customers?

Before diving into creative work, we conduct a visual gut check to ensure we’re aligned. This is where we create Moodboards—visual inspiration that we’ll share with you. We’ll discuss the vibe that best suits your brand, and use your preferences as a guide throughout our creative process.

Some questions we’ll ask:

• What aspects of the moodboard resonate with you the most?
• How would you describe the overall mood or feeling you want the design to convey?
• What are the key messages or ideas you want the design to communicate?

Mood board greenlit? Awesome! Now the design fun begins. Building your brand identity usually takes around five weeks, but it can flex depending on the project. We might ping you for some extra input during this phase, but sometimes radio silence means we’re laser-focused on making magic happen behind the scenes!

Your brand shouldn’t live in a bubble! We’ll design awesome stuff to show how your new identity (logo, colors, fonts, the whole shebang!) works together in the real world. Think sample marketing materials, website mockups – all that jazz!

This will include things like:

• Brand Collateral
• Clothing
• Outdoor Ads…

Feedback incorporated, high fives all around! Time to deliver your final brand goodies (as promised in our project scope). This usually includes all your logo files, any design magic we created along the way, and a super helpful brand style guide to keep your brand shining bright!
