Zamora Design’s Canva consulting includes brand kit setup, custom template design, folder organization with permissions, approval workflows, and live training. The goal is a system your team runs independently, producing on-brand materials without waiting on a designer.
Canva consulting starts at $3,500 for one-time brand setup (Foundation). Professional setup is $6,500 and Enterprise is $10,000. Monthly retainers start at $3,200 (Sidekick) with a $2,500 one-time setup fee. Partner retainers are $4,800 monthly and Embedded retainers are $6,500. All retainers include a complete Canva brand kit setup. Standalone training is $750 per session.
Brand Setup is a one-time project: brand kit, templates, training, and handoff. Your team runs it independently afterward. A monthly retainer provides ongoing design support: new templates, asset updates, design hours, and continuous training. If your team creates content regularly and needs ongoing professional help, the retainer is the right investment. If you just need the system built, Brand Setup delivers.
